I went to the doctor on Tuesday and everything is still good. I am up to 22lbs, so I am not sure how much longer I will be reporting this data. My feet and legs are starting to swell but that is normal. I have had heartburn for the first time in my life this week. Maybe Jack is growing hair? (This old tale is actually medically true)
My first baby shower is Saturday and I am so excited. I can't wait to see all my friends and co-workers. My mom was so sweet and wanted me to feel extra special on Saturday. So she took me to Birmingham and bought me the cutest outfit. While we were there I finished up getting some things for some of the decor for the nursery. She made the cutest liners for the baskets under the changing table. I am still working on a few things but will post updated picks of the nursery Saturday after Daddy finishes hanging a few more things. Gifts have started arriving in the mail. Its like Xmas. My Aunt Mary, Sandy, and Cindy sent us the activity mat, car mirror, and some diaper rash cream. How sweet. One of the doctors and his wife gave us the mobile that we had registered for at one of the local baby boutique and my sister-n-law, Ginger, sent us a baby blanket that she made which I love.
